Train With Me

Who This Is For

I work with people at very different stages of life and ability, but with a common intention: to move well and stay capable. The TacFit moto is “Be Stronger Than the Challenges You Face”. I adhere to this principle and make this a focus of my sessions.

While I work with all ages and abilities, my primary focus is with those who are:

  • Starting or returning to strength training in their 40s, 50s, or beyond
  • Recovering from an injury or managing ongoing pain
  • Athletes wanting to train smarter and stay injury-free
  • Older adults focused on strength, balance, and independence
  • Looking for a calm, structured, health-first approach to training

No matter where you start, training adapts to you, not the other way around.

In-person training is ideal if you:

  • Want hands-on coaching and real-time feedback
  • Are recovering from an injury or building joint resilience
  • Prefer a structured and supportive training environment

Group Classes

Group training offers the energy of shared practice with the care of intelligent coaching.

Groups are kept small, allowing for individual attention while benefiting from the motivation and connection of training together.

Group training is a good fit if you:

  • Enjoy training with others
  • Want structured, guided sessions without one-on-one intensity
  • Are looking for consistency and accountability

Exercises are always scaled so everyone trains safely and effectively.

1-on-1 Remote Training

If you’re not local, I offer personalised one-on-one remote coaching. You still receive real guidance and structure, not generic workout plans.

Remote training includes:

  • Live one-on-one sessions and online check-ins as needed
  • Custom training programs delivered via app
  • Video demonstrations and clear instructions

This option works well if you:

  • Travel frequently or live outside Sevilla
  • Prefer training at home or in your own gym
  • Want professional guidance with flexibility

FAQ

Do I need to already be fit to start?

No. Many people I work with are returning to training after a long break, an injury, or years of inconsistent movement. Training always starts where you are, and progresses at a pace your body can handle.

I have joint pain or past injuries , is this safe?

Yes. A large part of my work focuses on joint health, rehabilitation, and intelligent progression. Movements are adapted, scaled, and adjusted so training supports healing rather than aggravating issues.

If needed, we go slowly and build capacity step by step.

How often should I train?

This depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery. Most people train 1–3 times per week, but we’ll find a rhythm that fits your life and allows you to recover well.

What’s the difference between in-person and remote training?

In-person training allows for hands-on coaching and immediate feedback. Remote training offers flexibility while still providing structure, guidance, and accountability through live sessions, programs, and check-ins.

Both follow the same health-first philosophy.

Do you work with older adults?

Yes. I regularly work with older clients who want to maintain or regain strength, balance, and confidence in movement. Training is always adapted to individual needs and abilities.

Do I need special equipment?

Not necessarily. For in-person sessions, all necessary equipment is provided. For remote training, we can work with what you have available and adapt programs accordingly.

Can you help with nutrition as well?

Yes, when appropriate. I offer practical nutritional guidance to support energy, recovery, and overall health, without extreme diets or rigid rules.

How do I get started?

Simply get in touch to request a free consultation. We’ll talk about your goals, your current situation, and decide together what training option makes the most sense for you.

I’ve been training with Ashaman for three years in a group of four people, and thanks to him I’ve gained more endurance, more strength, and I push myself further in every session. I used to have back pain because of my job, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a muscle contraction. He has guided us toward a new way of training that combines coordination and strength, which we absolutely love, working with clubbells and kettlebells.
