  • Clubbells (also known as karlakattai, mudgar, or meels)
  • Macebells (gada)

These tools have been used for millennia in athletic and combative traditions across Russia, Persia, and India, and have been refined in modern times through systems such as TacFit and Circular Strength Training (CST).

Rather than training strength in straight lines, circular strength develops movement integrity through rotation, momentum, and control.
